Joe mirabile owner hangs up on me and ignores all my attempts to contact him

Joe Mirabile of Natuzzi Italia Fort Lauderdale assured me that I would receive a FULL REFUND after a couch and 2 chairs I waited 5 months for came in DAMAGED. I refused delivery, noted the DAMAGE WITH PHOTOS, and was told by JOSEPH MIRABILE that as soon as the delivery truck took the furniture out of my house, (Joe authorized K and K transfer service to remove all 3 pieces right then and there) he would issue me a FULL REFUND. I called and e mailed him for a week after that trying to get my refund and he IGNORED all my attempts. They have STOLEN my money because they have MY MONEY and the furniture in their possession.
Buyer beware... Do not ever give natuzzi italia fort lauderdale your money. They are theives who think ignoring a customer will resolve a problem... Horrible businessmen..

The frame on the arm was damaged and the leather was all scuffed up. After much research, i have come to realize this is a common occurance for natuzzi italia furniture.

Hopefully i can save someone else from the same problems... Read reviews people...
