Purchased a-5 year. Prot. Arrange for new sofa in Feb. 2005. Sewing has come undone in support which your back-rests. Positioned state today 2-4-09 and they denied it, stitching isn't protected.

Visited Jeromeis for aid, they ostensibly explained I was SOL, despite me performing just like a client first having a 'revenue man' so when I asked him on when the guarantee coated sewing, he requested a co worker who claimed it had been. Discover neither one of these understood the things they were referring to and we're truly SOL! It coveres HOLES, not sewing coming undone... That evidently is just a manf. Problem for your first-year only.

We've a sofa that's actually coming apart in the joints from regular every single day use along with a 5 year. Strategy that does us SIMPLY NO GOOD!
