My partner and that I bought 2 loveseats, coffee-table, 2 end platforms. While it came the leather was a lot more like plastic and also the loveseats we different as what were on the shop floor. The main one loveseat was therefore broken when it came, we informed them to go back. The knee of 1 of the platforms had a break all down the middle of it.

Nevertheless The supervisor of the shop, Louise, guaranteed us the anything is likely to be looked after. Whenever we visited observe her in the shop we informed her the loveseats were created differently and we don't wish to maintain the loveseats. She recommended me the funding I requested is likely to be ended and anything is likely to be delivered. THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED, since I have only obtained a statement from Citibank for that whole quantity of all of the furniture!

They're very unprofessional, do not uphold their company and they'll not give me a name and quantity of anybody above the supervisor.

I'll never buy another product in the company again!!!
