Intex Air Mattress
Air Mattress defect

Bought an air bed, seam recently cut down the center, (no loss but really unpleasant) want to trade for a different one but refused by shop vendor, Fam King. I've approached Intex, the maker but no reaction.

Please help me with this particular issue.
