Bought a set, sofa makes a noise they came out four times to TRY to fix it now after 11 months they will replace it BUT my set is not OFFERED anymore so they want me to be happy with an odd set... Wrong... HARLEM does not have good customer service so I would advise NOT to BUY... They just don't care... Very said... The customer service Sup.

Said we have a lot of complaints and try to help but our hands are tied since they cant replace or service so they just don't care about the customer so DO not buy from them...
