Poor quality mattress

I purchased a Therapedic Supreme Rest bed from Mor Furniture couple of months back. The bed felt advantageous to a few evenings. Consequently both my spouse and that I began obtaining upper back/neck problems. We approached Mor Furniture within 10 times to come back and/or change the bed. Their reaction was that it's a problem and therefore is going to do nothing about this. However the bed was crippling our shells. It's faulty basically.

The sales associate at Mor was really supportive, but alas could not do something to assist our scenario. About the other hand, the store-manager was excessively rude and handled our criticism like a rest. I would highly recommend everybody to remain from the shop. They're promoting low quality items. And it is crazy how they are able to still have such anti-customer guidelines within this era.
