Order return denied

We requested a bed from Bed Factory at Roanoke/Electrical Road, Roanoke VA. Later following day we determined we'd request if we're able to alter order since bed needed to be delivered at home office or atleast from outoftown. Named Sunday June 29 and salesman stated he'd simply faxed purchase in but might contact to determine if he might change it out. 2 hours later he called back and stated they declined simply because they had previously set purchase within their information program. We'd have now been buying anything more costly why was it refused?
