Refusal to change order to more expensive mattress

On June 27 we requested a Simmons Rock Island King-Size bed collection. We were informed it'd consider atleast 5 times for shop to get it. On Sunday June 29 we named many period ultimately achieving salesman to request if we're able to alter order to 2 double size in the place of king-size. Bob stated he'd simply sent our purchase in and might seek advice from them-and contact us back. Afterwards Saturday he called back and stated they declined simply because they had previously set purchase within their information program.

We're upset since this doesn't seem like it'd have now been so hard in order for them to do plus we'd have now been spending them more income. This could have now been so definitely better for us since my spouse has Parkinsons Disease of course if we had a need to transfer mattress around for washing or ordering space using the double bedrooms we're able to did it with out somebody are available in to assist us. If Anybody might help us please contact at 540/977-4810. The shop stated they'd not obtain bed collection until Thursday or Friday this week June 30.
