They're terrible

We bought LANE reclining sofa and matching loveseat @ Ashley Store w / the 5 yr. Extended warranty. Came ripped on back of sofa... Took them 1 yr. To come fix it only after reclining mech. Failed... Then 6 mo. Later had to fix again. After 3 mo. Of numerous phone calls they have agreed to give us STORE credit for new matching set. Only thing is... I can't find nor do I want another set from Ashley... Now what do I do? I have a 1 1/2 yr. Old set that is lopsided and looks like crap... Out $2,500.
