At the start of June we went into Raymour and Flanagan to check out couches. My partner did not need material, therefore we wound up taking a look at leather. We discovered one we preferred and chose to buy it. We ADDITIONALLY chose to buy a foam mattress-bed along with a full-size mattress for the extra space. The bedrooms are good, however the sofa odors to high heaven. It isn't a normal leather odor. I can not actually clarify it significantly more than it smells bitter or putrid.

I called the organization 14 days before. Spoke to some lady in the main table.informed her used to donot need a return a simply needed an exchange to get a material sofa. She was really comprehension, explained that she's exactly the same "odor" in another of her couches which she had a need to deliver an email towards the shop manager and area supervisor, which somebody might return to me possibly Wednesday or Friday. Obviously, those times passed and that I acquired no telephone call. After I named and spoke to "stated" woman, she ostensibly served like I'dnot actually talked to her, and explained that she'd move me to my salesperson who needed care people. I informed her that on Friday after I talked to her she mentioned it had beennot a salesperson problem. She stated she'd to move me anyhow. Of course, the revenue lady got about the telephone, I described the problem to her AND UNDOUBTEDLY, she'd to move me to her store-manager. After talking to him, he stated that it mentioned directly on the rear of our agreement they don't do any trades or results which easily desired to do an change, he'd need to get authorization from his area supervisor and that I'd need to spend A - 20% rehandling charge. I needed to express... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!! I've to pay for you more money cuz I'm-not pleased??!! After speaking with my spouse, he vetoed the thought of providing them with anymore money. I'll NEVER store at Raymour and Flanagan again. THEY DON'T look after their clients... However they DO consider your cash!
