Warranty scam!

I've been waiting twelve months for alternative of my glass table-top. I've a seven-year guarantee plus they are informing me that given that they no further cope with the furniture shop, they don't wish to recognize my state. After I try contacting them, they possibly hang-up on me, or inform me the only real conversation they'll take is e-mail, mail, or fax.
