Poor service!

I've had probably the most terrible knowledge coping with Hand's Furniture in Sugar Land, Texas.in the first purchase in late May 07 to the current day of August 29, I've had difficulties with late and delayed shipping times, products being delivered and never being acknowledged, to items which were allegedly prepared for get in the factory after which it awaiting over one hour and having employees subsequently inform me the product wasn't even yet in the factory and was on back-order towards the credit problem nevertheless not being solved. One guy in-line in the factory stated it had been his 3rd trip to the factory and every time they offered him the incorrect product.

The phone team proceeds to depart me on-hold after I request to talk to a supervisor. I suppose they have to have caller-ID since after being placed on hold permanently, then calling back simply to possess the telephone band and band - it once called 24 times before I hungup. I subsequently called back from the distinct telephone simply to ask them to reply it about the 2nd band! Again requesting to talk to the supervisor, I had been left on-hold.

This Is Actually The worst business actually. Don't think their shipping times!!!
