Ripoff, I should have known bette

I should have known better, this being the third time I have actually purchased something from Haynes and having gone thru this many time before, figure it was just something that happens, decided to go again. This time we purchased a China Hutch for our Dining Room. It was a 2 piece section that actually matched each other. We bought one, got it loaded in the truck took it home and when we took it out, ours didnt match. So we gave Haynes a call, they said they would send a service tech out to take a look. 5 Days later he showed. His comment was "Yep it dont match" I will let them know and they will give you a call. 2 more days later we called to ask what was up. Got the standard line that there was no more in stock and we would have to wait 7-10 days for another. So, 10 days later of course a truck finally shows 2 hours late from delivery time, the people who deliver do not work for Haynes they are contracted out so anyway, they take the two new pieces of the truck and guess what, they dont match either. The top piece has so much dust on it that we couldnt even tell the color, so after the driver takes the other two and load them up we ask what we should do about these not matching still. He says all he does is delivering and pick up, we need to call Haynes. So we make that dreaded call again, and guess what they want to send a Service Tech out again, I mean it just got off the truck, and they need to have a Service Tech come and say, "yep it dont match". All we wanted was the China Hutch that Haynes was selling, what was so difficult about that.

I am now going to try one more time, I am sure I will get stuck with the run around again but either they are going to replace it with one that matches or I am going to try and get my money back. I am sure that will be an experience.

Haynes has yet to ever sell me anything that did NOT require it to be repaired or re issued.

If you are planning on buying furniture, I have to tell you buy anywhere but Haynes. They do not care at all about you, once that sales person gets your check, they are done. Youre on your own. My advice if you have to buy is to make them break it out, open it, make sure it not cracked, chipped or broke, which most is, and then see if you want to buy it. I think the best furniture they have is on the show room floor, it dont get any better.
