FACTOREES.com NO customer service... No phone... No e mail... No chat.../if? Changes i will re cant, except c/s crappy - king bed

I placed a order back in december. After about 2 weeks i started calling & e mail & trying live chat. Nothing workes. You have no idea what the heack is going on with your order. It does not even show up on My orders when i sign into the account. But i sure did get the Bill from my credit card right on time. I am still in Limbo over this. Still nothing from them. No calls no e mail. Etc... When i call them it says at&t. The potential for this company is mind blowing but their is real problems on who ever handles it, owe's it. I am still waiting for anything from them... Esp... The product i ordered.
