Soon after receiving my sectional sofa from Factorees.com, the adjustable headrest mechanical pieces broke... No fault of my own. Factorees.com tried to play coy and said I had to send the entire sofa back to them so they could "inspect" it. Yeah, right, like who would ever do that? Then they promised me they'd get a "professional" out to my house to fix it, but they never did and they stopped communicating wth me. Horrible company with horrible customer service. I had to take a day off of work to fix it myself and I cut myself several times in the process. STAY AWAY from Factorees.com, they are a very shallow and deceptive company.
