Terrible servie-defective furniture

I bought a livingroom set. Ashley withdrew a paymnet out of my account without authorization. Also, the only 4month old furniture is broken. Terrible quality. They have been very nasty and rude throught the entire process. I will never buy or refer anyone to them, they are very poor quality and have no customer service.
