We bought a mattress, and throughout the purchase we requested the woman when they may take away the previous mattress. She said yes.

The shipping firm's driver who had been really rude, fallen off the brand new bed and simply went downstairs, after I questioned him think about the elimination, he then went and advised me the bed includes a spot plus they cannot go. And so I possess a bed resting in my own home which was said to be eliminated. Boscov's hasbeen really unprofessional in managing this problem, and anticipate me to get rid of the bed, I'm a senior and currently living on the limited budget. Used to do not sign up bill of the mattress whilst the decided offer was they might take away the previous bed. Boscov's Corporate customer support won't return the bed, or may they eliminate my old bed.
