Grinch stole my discount

Grinch at it again…Frontgate list came declaring “SAVE 20% on Everything”…small printing “details inside”. I searched for that specifics to no avail. Continued point to put my purchase. Joined the “invitation code”. No discount. Attempted again…no discount.

Named customer support and was informed her list “Christmas Magic” didn't possess the SAVE 20% on Anything about the address. Requested her if she needed me to check the address and deliver to her as evidence. I expected on her boss and he or she didn't move the phone call forward. She mentioned that she'd attempt putting the purchase, she did and that I still didn't obtain the discount. She questioned me easily needed them and that I mentioned not with no discount.

At that time I had been discouraged and was searching for an outlet to rant…hence this posting. I should say I'm certainly unhappy in Frontgate.
