On 7/10 me along with a buddy and my child visited Wal Mart and that I introduced a Lunchable so when we visited the vehicle I acquired in and start the lunchable within the parking lot so when I acquired although we went down and about-time we got acrossthe street I begin feeling poor, my mind startto damaging and my stomch start damaging real bad that I thought I'd captured anything and so I went house and laid down and thats when it got wrost and my child got me to West Florida Clinic on 7/11 plus they couldnt handle me for my stomch trigger I maintain haveing Sezure so when I went house that evening my stomch was still damaging that I couldnt sleep cause I had been up through the night thowing up therefore the following day it got wrost that I named my buddy to take-me and my daugther to Sacred Heart Crisis 7/13 and thats once they handled me for vomiting, stoamch discomfort and food killer and provide a presccriptions for Suppository, Anal 25mg: Anal.
