Staffs have attitude problem

I've requested coffee with additional products for example Croissant, donuts, hash-brown etc., As there is just one team he could not manage the purchase as there have been different clients waiting. Therefore he confirmed all rage and attitude towards me. He built the caffeine, he did not include dairy although i requested. He was shouting at me. He explained he can't function. Along with he didnot actually reply my concerns and didnot return my charge card. He was looking at me as though I love I'm his adversary. I'll avoid this business (the main one on Broadway and west-side) in jersey city. The employees believe that they're carrying out a benefit however they don't realize that we're spending so much cash due to their support. Eventually they lost some loyal customers
