Foreign debris in meats

I bought your used pork lunchmeat at my local Walmart this week. Discovered many vibrant orange? Plastic particles inserted within the lunchmeat. Obviously it was discovered after consuming one meal by using this meat, and upon analysis there have been many more bits of orange plastic within the same bathtub of meal meat.

I've held the pot and international dirt and item, and would really like a reimbursement and apology. I'd like anyone to take a look at wherever this dirt originated from.
