Crammed a trash bag in a beverage

At McDonalds store number 10327
After finishing an inexplicably empty sweet tea cup, my wife discovered a trashbag at the botom of her cup.
When she called the store to speak with the manager (Richard), he asked "are you serious"? And proceeded to tell her it is impossible.
Then asked her to call another number because he did not know how to handle it.
We are contacting a general manage
