Poor Costumer Setvice & Unsafe Food

Ceased by @ Panera Bakery in North Brunswick, Nj to get a quick coffee break. Although attempting to determine things to purchase, my 10-yr old realized that there have been 3 large flies hanging round the pastry choices, among the large flies resolved properly in one single when the cinnamon bread. I named the interest of the team which was receiving our purchase. I had been amazed at her reaction, " so what can I actually do about this?!" she explained having a really apparent irritation in her speech.in the place of doing anything or something about this, she proceeded on getting our purchases. I've to prevent her & actually stage onthefly that's still within the bakery to toss it away. She acquired & put away the bakery, not nurturing to exhibit her irritation. Clearly, no apology was handed or no motion to avoid another travels from hanging round the pastry choices. After I acquired our purchases, I however cannot thought this team was clearly not worry concerning the food being offered to costumer. I contacted her once more & requested her, her name, she stood up from wherever she is placed & happily stated her name, "Laja". I expected her who & where's the supervisor, with no track of doubt she directed me to wherever the manager was. I talked using the supervisor, & again to my shock, no support restoration tried, alternatively, he explained that Laja, his team, did approach him when she noticed travels & did anything about this. I've to inform him, the tale again & advised him he was not around when anything was occurring, so just how might his team, Laja, contacted him! It is extremely a frustrating & an extremely frustrating experience. The store-manager & their own team, Laja clearly did not care if their were flies hanging around their food product & the next costumer/s could possibly get/purchase it. I can not imagine how they manage and make food within their back home. I wonder exactly what the "Number 1 Zagat" scored published within their door indicates...
