Undercooked chicken/sides missing 3 times

Have created 3 vivits to Popeyes (a brand new one simply exposed in Milford, De) three times the attributes have now been lacking, and also the last one the poultry was bitter and undercooked (13-piece). Went back and required the poultry back, required about 20 units to obtain anyone to delay on-US (my spouse and that I) Was informed that there is nothing they might do without corporate acceptance. Exactly what does this all suggest? Garbage food and support and moving the dollar! Won't ever return, and person to person is likely to be my primary goal!!!
