Unsafe conditions and rude manage

I had been buying in HEBPLUS in Kyle, Texas. On my approach from their toilet I rested and dropped within the shop. There is anything built on the ground, and also the workers didn't clear it. I'm on my 9th month of maternity!!! I dropped down, and also the supervisor was really rude in my experience and incredibly unprofessional. He was speaking in unapproppriate method and grinning about my drop! He explained it is okay what happenned! After I got up, I Have observed a worker position there and speaking with someone in the place of washing up the ground or atleast placing up the indication to become cautious. I have been the client of the shop for 4 decades however now all I've to express - pity in it.
