Never received merchandise

I requested $100 value of tea from their site and obtained a contact they obtained my purchase and my charge card was billed. It's 3 months later with no item or follow-up e-mail that something was delivered. I've tried calling the organization every single day by mail without any response and remaining 2 messages on the answering device without any call-back. I'm today along the way of contesting the charge card costs. Even when it's the best organization, it's inadequate in customer support. I'd not suggest trusting their site.
