Menu items never available, slow service, poor food prep

I got into this new taco bell's drive thru which is set up so that once in you can't get out till you pass the windows - I ordered an item clearly displayed on a large graphic on their menu and was told they don't stock that I wonly went forward with the rest of the order since I was trapped in the line but the food was not well prepared and apparently the lettuce wasn't drained because my "crunchy" taco was soggy. This is the 2nd time I have been to this new taco bell and had them tell me that the particular item isn't stocked but it is advertised with a very large graphic on the menu's outside and inside. To make things worse it took 35 minutes to get complete thru the drive thru - in that time I could have gone to one of the other two TB's in the area gotten what I want and gotten home. Not going to this TB again.
