We visited this McDonald's at just before 1am, not realizing it was closing. I thought they were 24 hours. While we were at the drive through they turned off the outside lights. I asked if they were closing and she (the manager) said "yes". We asked her (the manager) 2-3 times that we did'nt need to order if they were shutting everything down and she said "No, that's fine" in a rude way. When we got to the drive through window she annoyingly said we had to re-start everything for you. As if to make us feel guilty. I said "Then why did you do it? We told you we could go elsewhere 2-3 times". She again in an annoyed manner said, " To make the customer happy." We were apologizing, I'm not sure why. She was very rude!
The Fries were very old and uneatable, the double cheeseburger was nasty, oozing ketchup and did'nt taste like a double cheeseburger. Gross! How's that for customer service? We threw the food out and went to Burger King. McD's lost 2 customer's.
