Long time to recieve food

My partner and that I went into mcdonalds at 11: oo A.M. Simply to purchase 2 chicken wraps the positioned was full of individuals awaiting there orders, are purchase required 25 units to receive, the area was filthy with garbage chilling out of the recpicales, the surfaces had garbage in it, the platforms appeared as if they'd not been cleaned in times! I simply named the manger and all she might state is I am sorry! Unaccepetable
