The Papa Johns pizza area on 21st and Industry Neighborhood in Philadelphia - sent me cool pizza after nearly 2 hours of purchasing it, after which would not get me an upgraded since I got one-bite from it

I attempted to contact the supervisor, and he explained that is organization plan. Refused to provide me his complete name and his supervisor's title. Kept making excuses like - I've just been below three months and Iam doing what Iam informed - but does not actually understand the title of the supervisor. The delivery man was also really rude, and actually grabbed the cash from my palm after I stated the pizza is cool.
