Upcharge for juice

I had been in the nearby TGI Fridayis today due to their Oktober Fest. I had been informed there have been $2 effectively drinks, among different options. I purchase a baybreeze, that will be vodka, cranberry along with a dash of pineapple. After I got my statement after 2 beverages, I came across a fee for 4.49 for that baybreeze. After I asked the bartender, she stated, oh, used to donot cost pleased time, but there's an upcharge of $. 50 for almost any liquid. A baybreeze is just a well beverage, I Have never been billed additional for baybreeze, so far.
