Visited ricky hortans yesterday morning for that first time. When i joined there is a worker having a debate having a costumer. The worker had been really impolite and abnosioux. And was requested to shut-up he had been really frustrating and had a need to relax. The worker became really furious and selecting a battle using the aged guy stating he would come overthecounter and hit him out. Directing his hand and swearing in the guy. I had been really surprised and upset by what I had been viewing. That's no method to keep in touch with a costumer. That's completely wrong method to work whenever using the general public. Exactly what a first empression to visiting the shop. That worker must be repromanded for his steps.
