Phyical abuse

Iam a disabled veteran and attempt to do my food shopping each morning before it reaches warm. This is actually the third-time in 4 weeks I've been phyically abused with a sacker in the Cookis Grecery shop in Prescott Valley, AZ. The very first time I ignore it, the 2nd period I named the store-manager, recently the 3rd period I named Cook's corporate HQ and talked using the leader's assistant.

I'd prefer to state anytime I get into a store Iam as good and type when I when I canbe since I understand how difficult it may be dealing with the general public.

I used in the future in at 6am the full time the shop opened but cookis would be to cheep to place a checker in and all-they have open may be the self-serve checkouts which-when I tryed to make use of I possibly get screamed at from the cleck for being unsure of just how to utilize it correctley or attributed since itis operating incorrectley! Safeway and Albertson's do not have 1 / 3 the company Cookis has that earley plus they possess the self-serve shut with one checker available. I actually do choose Cookis due to the choice and pricing.

Four weeks before I'd completed my buying and noticed a clear checkstand and unloaded my food's the sacker a guy called Mario by his name-tag was speaking with the checker, she started buzzing up my idemis, Mario extended to speak and maintained speaking the whole period I had been there, after I got completed spending Mario still speaking appearred to possess sacked all my goods, I stated thanks and started to abandon with my buggie. Mario still speaking grabed the medial side of my buggie and jerked it right out-of my fingers and than stated keep it. Mario still speak get another bag by his waste and place it in my own buggie than offered me a filthy look. Me with my desire to be good character stated, "Thanks" Mario still speaking but still using the filthy look only looked away.

Fourteen days later there is another vacant checkstand while unloading my goods Mario found the sackers stop and started talking but this time around didn't sack another sacker arrived around and sacked goods and needed to bring them around Mario still talking, once the checker was completed and that I had paid started sacking due to program Mario was still talking. I told the checker "I would like to assist Mario to" nicely Mario still talking noticed that and required the main one and only bag he'd finished arrived around beside me and lay it within the childs chair offered me another filthy search and got his period tieing a pleasant bowtie inside it using the addresses still speaking! I called the shop manager.

Well I'dnot observed Marion in 3 months I believed they'd set him on night-shift or he got created and quit, perhaps he got their own talk-show?

Recently I noticed another vacant stay unloaded my goods and reduced and see there Mario still speaking was standing at the conclusion of the checkstand, when I pressed my buggie right down to his stop Mario still speaking walked infront of it and grabed it preventing me and leaned around and stated anything towards the checker. After I got home I named Cookis HQ and talked towards the leaderis secertary. A couple of hours later the department supervisor named me and that I experienced the above mentioned. She asked me to describe Mario to her, she stated he was down since he was ill! I informed her I had been a disabled veteran and that I consider 19 differant medicines. Her answer was to possess another person sack my goods. Perhaps she used-to bag with Mario still speaking?
