My fiance and that I visited D&T BBQ within the Alpena Holiday Resort to enjoy our wedding. There is a server operating called Shannon Krueger, she was giggling and directing at us to her co worker. She subsequently strolled past us and named me a "ugly whore" My fiance and that I had simply requested our beverages, and were still taking a look at the selection when this verbal assult begain. We then asked for that supervisor. We informed Shannonis supervisor what had occurred, she assured it'd be studied care of. We didn't actually reach consume our drinks whenever we might no further manage the disrespect. If which was not-bad enough we once more attempted to-go there for lunchtime whenever we strolled towards the doorway there she was straight back towards the directing and wispering. I actually donot understand what type of people you've managing this location although not just was I handled terribly and verbally abused on my first visit, I had been handled terribly my second-time around. The truth that this server continues to be used is a great display of the possible lack of great customer support that's permitted to occur at Alpena Holiday Inn? D& t bbq!
