Poor customer service

Whenever we visited get our food within the drive-thru the girl in the screen was so rude hardly recognizing that people are there. Our tea was sour and that I requested to get a fresh beverage and he or she turned hateful. We requested to talk to a manager and he or she mentioned that she was a supervisor. Whenever we requested there is another supervisor on-duty we received a male supervisor that didn't actually provide his title. We informed him concerning the rude therapy as well as in an extremely patronising method mentioned he'd "look after it'. This kind of therapy is reprehensible to get a customer support based organization. I'm so unhappy that I'll not be visiting your shop anymore.
