Scam, unauthorized charges

Unathorized costs designed to my charge card. Requested repetition due to their mailing address however they "cannot hand out that info." I had been guaranteed the costs wouldn't undergo. They explained I'd obtain a return. Should you contact, they place you on-hold and finally it disconnects. That is absolutely a fraud. I submitted a study with my house state Attorney-General and also the Florida Attorney General. I'm also processing a police statement. If everybody does this, anything may help.
