Burger King in Wendover, Nevada store number 9729.
This was the rudest experience I have ever had at a Burger King. The cashier and other employees were some of the rudest and intolerable people I have ever met. They were so rude that people would walk in to order and walk right back out.
I walked in the door and waited patiently in line, went to order and the cashier went right to the next customer who was the same race as she was, not even acknowledging me. She took their order first. I went to order again and she looked strait past me and went to my husband. I had tried to order 3 times before, finally my husband had to order for me. Then when I went to pick up my food they handed it strait to my husband without even a glance my way.
This is unacceptable in so many ways. Not only was I bypassed because I am a woman but because I wasn’t Mexican. That is not right and I demand that someone go in there and try this situation out and see how they are treated. You need to have a walk through and let this so called manager know how things are done and that everyone is to be treated equally in a restaurant like Burger King. You need to have a health inspection of the food, it is not being prepared the right way and you are losing customers because they are being mistreated. FIX THIS PROBLEM!!!
