Taking away tips from employees

I've worked for Dunkin Donuts for around 4 years. After I was employed I began at $9.00 one hour plus guidelines. I'm just one mother-of two and every penny assists. Our guidelines help purchase my expenses each month. Well, by Feb 1 we're no further recieving guidelines. They've no thinking why they're getting them from us. What we do understand is the fact that they're giving them to charity. "yeah right". I don't understand what to complete. Its not correct! There's to become something which can be achieved about that. They handle us like garbage because it is and today this. I really hope somebody might help me determine this out!!! Is there a regulation about that???
