Unfair pay practices

Our child operates at Hardee's while also participating university. She's worked on / off for Hardeeis for 8 years. She never becomes along a 2AM demand her in the future in at 4AM - or even to function over - or do what-ever it requires - she's actually worked separate changes - simply to help. She's a Change Head now she discovered that the co worker that has just been used roughly a few months was was marketed to some change chief and it is producing. 75 cents more an hour or so than my child!!! Discuss a punch within the experience. Our child has high end assessments - texts on her behalf telephone from store-manager enhancing her therefore there's NO reason behind this - she's been informed that she (my child is under a salary freeze??? Today what's that) this pay distinction CAn't be warranted. Cheers Hardeeis for creating my only-child such sadness and discomfort - I've paid attention to several holes within the un fairness of everything - effectively perhaps a criticism towards the Illinois Department of Work can get your interest - good method to handle a faithful employee - oh wait - these are outoffashion nowadays are not they.
