Horrible service and laziness

This criticism is aimed simply to the Robeks Juice situated in Congressional Plaza of Rockville, Maryland. (Robeks is actually a healthier shake location and opponents with Starbucks.)

This specific area includes a couple of sluggish workers who genuinely believe that, simply because it is winter, they are able to loiter around beyond their shop, smoking, and create clientis beverages outoforder. Their whole shop is vacant, till they visit a client enter.

Our account:

I walked in to the restaurant around 3pm within my lunchtime break (that will be around 30 minutes extended) and was the only real client there. There is just one worker behind the register, by himself. I believed it was good since no body else was within the restaurant, but me. Nevertheless, increasingly more clients began to enter and he or she needed to consider their purchases aswell. This required about 7 minutes before she actually began to create anybodyis beverages. As a whole there have been 6 clients.

So following the 7 units AFTER I'd requested my beverage did she not only begin producing the beverages, she began someone-else's beverage first before mine. I believed it was absurd although I had been first to-order.

When she began the 3rd beverage, another worker walked in to the shop and began to assist her out.

I wound up being the 4th individual to obtain my drink. Oh, and it required around fifteen minutes to obtain it. A MIXED DRINK!
