Butchers Choice
Tough meat

Filet minion was tough-as boot leather, not actual filet minion as designated. T bones were and to difficult to reduce or chew. I wonder easily ground the beef if it'd be create difficult hamberger? I've about $250.00 value of food out of this organization and that I am angry.
