I witnessed an employee at the dunkin donuts at the steaming teapot in government center in boston berating a japanese couple trying to order. Although I could understand what they wanted, Lakisha scolded them for changing their order... It did not happen. I was truly embarrassed for our American representation of total lack of courtesy. Lakisha continued to scold a fellow employee for giving my daughter and myself the 99 cent late a few minutes before 2 pm. She was vicious in attacking this poor woman who was saying she would pay the difference which of course we didn't want. It was a very uncomfortable situation for everyone concerned and there was no reason for this. Dunkin donuts can do better than Lakisha.
