Very rude manage

10/10/08 we sent the pizza king on linden road in bethlehem, pennsylvania to-order many foods for the workers. We tried calling their quantity many times to verify the fax, no body actually responded. The workers required the fax linen together to pizza king and also the supervisor RICH offered them an extremely difficult time the workers named below & i talked to RICH aswell. He was excessively rude and stated these were hectic which no body has time for you to examine the fax machine. Using the treatment we received you best think we don't be purchasing from burger king ANYMORE. If RICH treats us in this way whats he undertaking to others??? In these poor financial situations I'd believe RICH might wish to maintain his work. BURGER KING has dropped lots of businees through this. I'd like an answer for this mail and what strategy you'll consume this issue.
