Purchase two gift cards that were not activated

I bought two McDonald's gift-cards for $5 on each. The worker who activated them achieved it improperly and that I didn't discover until 3 months later once the two people attempted to make use of them they were never triggered. I no further possess the bill, I visited the initial shop and didn't get any aid. I named customer support and was informed they wouldn't recognize the two $5 cards. Therefore, I invested $10 at McDonald's and obtained no item because of worker mistake. If this is the way McDonaldis does company then I intend to never using the services of them again. I intend on showing whoever may hear to not conduct business together. Seriously posted, Lynise Kelle
