Very bad service

Terrible customer support. The supervisor did not care that I needed to hire a rug solution on 8/21/08 at 6:15pm. Somebody was on the split and was suppose to become in a half-hour and so I waited. That individual never turned up. Nobody truly cared that I needed aid with this particular easy support. They served like I had been the issue, not them using their terrible customer support. I'm completely disgusted with those individuals who work-there.incredible.
