Not receiving proper instructions

I purchase 3 children foods and requested for just two with apple chips and 1 with marconi. Plus 2 chicken sandwichs. I acquired normal chips and also the poultry appeared aged and dried up. I visited another area and requested 1 children dinner with apple melted and got regular chips. At virtually no time did anyone state these were from something. They simply passed me my purchases and managed to move on.
