Bad quality food!

I'm a caterer and that I named Publix to-order 3 ENTIRE beef tenderloins. The girl who responded questioned me did I'd like her to complete something towards the beef and that I stated no, I needed to cut and reduce myself since I had been helping 40 people. Our companion named and paid for that beef within the telephone and talked to Preston. Our companion believed to abandon the charge card available just in case I required every other idems for that celebration, I did so. The team handled me like I had been a criminal and contacted me within the produce dep. Before other clients required to determine my bill for the beef (that was taken care of), Lengthy story short... I selected the beef up at about 8 at night. I'd to sear it that evening since the celebration was the following morning. After I was agonizing it had been about 10. Before I began I exposed all 3 cryovac tenderloins and observed I'd 6 of EXACTLY THE SAME 1 / 2 of the loin. It had been to delayed to protest it or even to alter my program. I had been so ashamed to assist the finish of the loin that divides. Where was another half I required to become complete??? I'm cheated. I really could move everywhere for goods (Sams etc.) Publix is my personal favorite shop despite the fact that your costs are greater I had been often pleased with quality so far!!!
