Poor service!

Today i went to the waterloo outlet mall, ny and i went and spent about 12.65 on food, when i got my food in was cold, so i went back up to the counter to talk to a mangers and there was no managers in the store the mangers were out shopping. The cashier who told me about the mangers out shopping was a girl named jackie. She was very rude about me coming back and asking for the manger. So i walk away and throw out my food and when to Arby. I don't understand why mangers get to go shopping when they are getting pay to be a managers.
