Foreign object in my spinach salad!

Yesterday my spouse and that I consumed the Cypress Park, La, CA IHOP. I had been really ashamed to locate a bit of filthy plastic in my own spinach salad. The bit of plastic resembled that of the part of a coffee pot handle. I talked my problem towards the host who subsequently named the supervisor (who never found the desk).

At least, I anticipated a genuine apology in the supervisor and never to become billed for that salad. I acquired neither.

The supervisor agreed to provide me A - 20% discount on my whole, but this could have amounted to no more than 50% of the buying price of the salad. I objected for the present and responded that my eating experience have been destroyed and informed the supervisor that I'd spend top dollar and not eat there again. I'd been a normal client going back ten years.
