Issues with Delivery and Customer Requests

I order delivery from Hannaford at least once a week. I always include notes for the driver and order taker. On multiple occasions, I have asked them to put any cakes or cupcakes upright, but they continue to place them on their side. This time, they even put them upside down. I also request a receipt and information about any out-of-stock items, so I can know if they forgot something or if it's simply out of stock. Unfortunately, they didn't include these items either. Lastly, I ask them not to block my screen door, so I can easily access the bags. However, they consistently place the bags right in front of it, forcing me to go around the house to retrieve them. I rely on home delivery due to an injury, and walking around the house only worsens it. I don't understand why they can't comprehend such simple requests, especially since they ask if I have any. It may be time to consider changing stores.
